Support Team Access
Anyscale is rolling out a new design. If you have preview access to the enhanced experience, use the latest version of the docs and see the migration guide for transitioning.
The customer support team may request remote access to your account. Administrators can grant permission through the Anyscale UI with these instructions.
Grant access
Only Anyscale administrators can grant support team access. Select Help > Support in the side navigation menu.

On the Support page, grant access by clicking Grant.

Clicking Grant opens a modal that allows you to choose the duration of the access. Once support team access is active, Anyscale employees can create support accounts in your organization through the internal view.

Revoke access
You can revoke support team access to close the organization to logins from support accounts by clicking Revoke.
