Support team access

The customer support team may request remote access to your account. Administrators can grant permission through the Anyscale UI with these instructions.

Grant access

Only Anyscale administrators can grant support team access. Go to the user menu in the top right corner and click Support team access.

In the support modal, grant access by clicking Grant. After clicking Grant, choose the duration to grant access for.

Once support team access is active, Anyscale employees can create support accounts and log in to your organization until access expires.

Revoke access

You can revoke support team access to close the organization to logins from support accounts by clicking Revoke.
