Support team access

This page explains how organization owners can grant workspace access to the Anyscale support team. This access allows Anyscale employees to log in to your organization.

Grant organization access to the Anyscale support team

You must be an organization owner to grant access to the support team.

To grant support access, complete the following steps:

  1. Click your user icon.
  2. Click Support access.
  3. Click the Anyscale support access toggle.
  4. Select an end date for support access. You can choose to enable support access for up to seven days.
  5. Click Confirm.

To revoke access, click the toggle and click Confirm.
