This page provides a high-level overview of organization management on Anyscale. You must be an organization owner to add and manage users in an organization.
- For an overview of the organization hierachy of Anyscale, see Anyscale organization overview.
- You can add users or assign roles to manage permissions at the organization, cloud, or project level. See Roles and permissions.
- To create and manage non-user identities for integrated tooling and other applications, see Service accounts.
Admins and users
An Anyscale organization is a isolated collection of resources and users.
Members of an Anyscale organization are users.
Organization owners are the admins for an organization.
Use the collaborator role for users in your organization who do not require admin privileges.
Add users to an organization
You must be an organization owner to add users to your organization.
If you're signed into the Anyscale console as an owner, you can view the users of your organization by clicking your user icon, going to Organization settings, and then to the Users tab.
To invite new users, click Invite and enter a comma-separated list of email addresses for users to invite to your organization. Each email address receives a link to register a new user account.
Access multiple Anyscale organizations
Usually, all users within a company belong to a single organization. In some cases, a user might have access to more than one Anyscale organization.
You can only log in and interact with one organization at a time. If you're part of multiple organizations, Anyscale prompts you to select an organization when you provide your email address to log in.
You can log in directly to a specific organization by visiting https://console.anyscale.com/register?organizationId=<organization_id>
. Find your organization ID in the Organization settings page in the user menu on the top right corner.
To register to an additional organization with the same email address, an admin from the other organization must invite you using your email address.
